Joplin Concrete has partnered with Menards and Meyer Construction to provide ready-mix concrete for the structural building portion as well as over 500,000 square feet of concrete paving.
KDOT BRIDGE DECK JOB
KDOT BRIDGE DECK JOB The US 166/400 KDOT job was started in February of 2022 with an expected completion of early 2024.
Emery Sapp & Sons was awarded the contract as prime contractor and Joplin Concrete has provided ready-mix concrete for them along with B&B Bridge and Klaver Construction, for the project. To date, JCC has completed 9 bridge decks, various box culverts, and other structural concrete on this project. SENIOR VILLAS II APARTMENT COMPLEX

Rives Concrete from Jasper, MO was the concrete contractor on the Senior Villas II Apartment Complex in Carthage, MO. This project featured several units along with concrete paving. This was the second Senior Living Complex that Joplin Concrete has completed with Rives Concrete in Carthage, MO and was finished in Spring of 2023.

Joplin Concrete partnered with Concrete Strategies, KC Division, for a 550,000 square foot warehouse for Schreiber Foods in Carthage, MO. The project was located directly off I-49 in Carthage and included some tilt up construction and concrete dock pads. Emery Sapp & Sons performed the civil dirt work and site concrete, with CSI as the main concrete contractor. This job was completed in the Spring of 2022. 86 Highway Roundabout
